Some automotive sensors are easy to buy locally. Others become expensive, backordered, or hard to match correctly, especially for older European, Japanese and imported vehicles.
Tekonline can help check sourcing options for selected hard-to-find automotive sensors when you can provide a part number, vehicle details or photos of the original sensor.
Sensors we can investigate
- Oxygen sensors and air-fuel ratio sensors
- MAF and MAP sensors
- ABS wheel speed sensors
- Camshaft and crankshaft position sensors
- NOx, EGT and DPF pressure sensors
Fitment matters
Sensor listings can look similar but differ by plug shape, cable length, thread, heater resistance, calibration or engine variant. Please do not rely on model name alone.
What to send us
- VIN or registration where possible
- Vehicle make, model, year, engine and transmission
- Part number printed on the original sensor
- Photos of the plug, cable and sensor body
- Fault codes and symptoms if relevant
We will confirm availability and suitability before quoting. A sensor replacement should be diagnosed properly; replacing a sensor may not fix the underlying fault.
