Removing the Old Compressor

  1. Remove the bottom cover
    • Two 10mm bolts at either end.
  2. Disconnect air lines and electrical connections
    • Rear intake line requires a 19mm spanner.
    • Disconnect motor power and solenoid plugs.
  3. Remove the exhaust push-fit connector
  4. Remove noise-isolating bolts
  5. Slide out the compressor
    • Lift the top half of the compressor cover and slide the unit toward the rear.

Installing the New Compressor

Installation is the reverse of removal:

  1. Slide the compressor into place, lifting the top cover as needed.
  2. Reattach noise-isolating bolts.
  3. Reconnect the exhaust push-fit connector.
  4. Reattach air lines and electrical plugs.
