TekOnline accepts returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of delivery.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery before sending the item back. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging where practical. For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. Where the problem is confirmed, TekOnline will arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or return shipping support as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Custom or made-to-order items
Custom, made-to-order, modified, or specially manufactured items may not be eligible for change of mind returns. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
How to request a return
Contact TekOnline through the contact page with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please wait for return instructions before posting anything back.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.
