A customer reads reviews before a purchase. A product page can be long. The review section sits below the product details. Use a special link to open the page straight at the reviews.
What a review link does
Each product page has a review section. This section has an ID name. The ID is reviews. A URL can end with a fragment. A fragment starts with a hash (#). The fragment points to the section ID. The browser reads the fragment and scrolls to that section.
How to build the review link
Follow these steps to build the link.
- Open the product page in your browser.
- Copy the full URL.
- Add
#reviewsat the end of the URL. - Send the link to your customer.

Test the link before you send it. Paste the link into a browser and press Enter. The page opens with the Reviews tab active. The customer sees the ratings and the written reviews.
